Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original invoice and reason for return.
We'll arrange pickup within 1-2 business days. For outside Dhaka, we'll provide instructions for shipping.
We'll inspect the returned item upon receipt. This process takes 1-2 business days.
For exchanges, we'll ship your new item within 24 hours of approval.
For refunds, we'll process within 3-5 business days after approval. The refund method depends on your original payment.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@mayaj.com. We will arrange a free replacement.
